A) DESIGN,ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORKS 

WEST AFRICA REAL ESTATE LTD (W.A.R.E LTD) designs, engineers ,constructs and

maintains high, medium and low-pressure infrastructure pipeline networks.

More than 800 km of the afore mentioned infrastructure networks have been designed, engineered and installed by WEST AFRICA REAL ESTATE LTD (W.A.R.E LTD), 500 Km of which concern the natural gas transmission and distribution system ,(High ,medium and low pressure networks) ,together with the auxiliary facilities and equipment (launchers receivers, valve pits etc).

The remaining 300 Km concern the design, engineering ,construction and maintenance of water and sewage-drainage pipeline networks at urban and industrial areas.

Hot tapping works in Natural Gas and Water pipeline networks are been implemented as part of the GROUP’s services

B) DESIGN,ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION OF INTERNAL INSTALLATION OF NATURAL GAS NETWORKS WITH THE NECESSARY APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENTS WITHIN THE CONSUMERS FACILITIES

WEST AFRICA REAL ESTATE LTD (W.A.R.E LTD) undertakes the design, engineering and construction of internal

installations of natural gas networks, installing the necessary appliances and equipment

within the consumers’ facilities (domestic, commercial and industrial customers).

In particular, the Company undertakes the following tasks:

Preparation of the application form for the connection and submission to the relevant gas distribution company

Preparation of the application for full financing of the cost for the installations through special financing programs offered by banks

Detailed engineering of the Installation

Provision and installation of melting ovens, heating burners, boilers and various equipment

Construction of the pipeline network

Modifications of the facilities (civil works, electromechanical works) to conform to Natural Gas Regulation Standards

Testing of the network

Training of the customers regarding safety issues and usage

Maintenance of the installations.

WEST AFRICA REAL ESTATE LTD (W.A.R.E LTD) also offers an \"Education and Know-how\" program to the users, in order

for them to get accustomed with the use of natural gas. This education program refers to

the following issues:

Natural Gas combustion - comparison to DIESEL;

Safety measures;

NGR\'s basic article development;

Choice of materials;

Construction methods;

Installation maintenance and

C) DESIGN,ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF NATURAL GAS METRIC AND PRESSURE REDUCING STATIONS
( M/R STATIONS).

WEST AFRICA REAL ESTATE LTD (W.A.R.E LTD) is specialized in design, engineering , construction

maintenance and repair of natural gas metric and pressure reducing stations

(M/R STATIONS) . The pressure is reduced according to the project and is divided

in three main sectors :

a) 60 bar to 19 bar 

b) 19 bar to 4 bar

c) 4 bar to 23mbar
